Are you an expert CNC programmer ready to shape how complex, high precision components are manufactured?

As a Level 4 CAD and CAM Specialist based in Memphis, you will be a senior technical leader, driving advanced CNC programming strategies, mentoring others, and influencing how we deliver quality, efficiency, and innovation across our manufacturing operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing, optimizing, and maintaining advanced multi axis CNC programs using Siemens NX for highly complex components

  • Leading machining strategy development including tool selection, fixturing concepts, sequencing, speeds, and feeds

  • Providing technical leadership during CNC program prove outs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing durable corrective actions

  • Partnering closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development, Operations, and Quality to ensure manufacturability and compliance

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, tool life improvement, and machining flow optimization

  • Creating and maintaining work instructions, validation documentation, and training materials

  • Mentoring and coaching Level 1 to 3 programmers, machinists, and engineers in best practices and advanced CAD CAM techniques

What will you need to be successful?

  • At least 8 years of CNC programming experience, including 5 or more years using Siemens NX CAD CAM at an advanced level

  • Proven expertise in multi axis milling, turning, and mill turn programming for complex geometry and tight tolerances

  • Strong knowledge of CNC controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, and Makino

  • Advanced problem solving skills with a strong foundation in machining mathematics, geometry, and spatial visualization

  • Ability to lead technically, influence cross functional partners, and clearly communicate complex information
