Job Summary

Primary responsibilities: Providing graphite components to Carbon Cell, receiving new material and shipping finished goods to 1M2.

Key duties include:

-Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

-Kits all graphite needs for the daily production

-Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

-Promptly unloads deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.

-Reported failures, malfunctions or wear issues on equipment to supervisor. Inspected finished products to verify conformity to quality standards.

-Communicate any problems that might arise during the process.

-Support the team in other areas.

-Follow established work instructions.

-Working independently but being a team player with minimum supervision.

-Availability for overtime is obligatory when required.

-High priority on having safe and clean workspaces.

Qualifications:

-Experience reading procedures and/or machining work orders.

-Experience using standard quality inspection tools and gages.

-Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.

-High school diploma or equivalent. Requires 1-2 years of related experience.

-Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning ability in a manufacturing environment.

-Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

-Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.

-Team player able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without confusion.

-Hard worker, intensely driven, determined, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated.
