Press Brake and Roll Form Operator

dormakaba is seeking a First Shift (6AM - 2:30PM) Press Brake and Roll Form Operator based in Reamstown, PA. The Press Brake and Roll Form Operator is responsible forsetting up,operating,and performing simple programming to the brake pressand shear.They will also be responsible for setting up andoperatingother types of metal forming equipment.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:Base Salary$20/hr. - 26/hr. with mandatory overtime as needed. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (details provided during interview)

• Set up the brake press and other metal forming equipment to bend, notch, punch, or straighten various parts
• Prepare, load and unload material for operation
• Check width, length, and angles of metal as listed on blueprints or specification drawings
• Read and understand work orders and/or drawings to produce required parts for finished products
• Inspect parts for defects after being processed and take action if needed

• High School Diploma and/or GED Certification
• 2+ years of experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment
• Reading and understanding blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Ability to use protractor, calipers and tape measure
• Knowledge and understanding of basic arithmetic
• Strong mechanical abilities

• Experience with various hand tools (manual and powered)
• 2+ years Brake press experience
