Principle Responsibilities:

Will perform a variety of tasks as needed which may include general maintenance of property (clean-up, painting, lawn care) or perform other general helper duties in various areas of the mill.

Basic Qualifications:

Qualified individuals will meet the following criteria:

  Be a dependent child (18 -23 years old) of a PCA employee.
  
  
• 
  
  Must be enrolled as a full-time student in an academic curriculum at an accredited college or university this Fall.
  
  
• 
  
  Students attending a two-year college must be in a university-parallel program or a technical curriculum that leads to an associate of applied science degree.
  
  
• 
  
  Be in good academic standing. Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Student must be enrolled full time for the Fall 2026 Semester.
  
  
• 
  
  Be able to report for work no later than June 8, 2026.
  
  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary for position: $22.00 per hour.
