Job Title: Worldwide Logistics & Supply Chain Program Manager

Location: Hybrid (Sunnyvale, CA)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $82.09/hour


Summary

Our client's Worldwide Logistics SCOPE team (Supply Chain, Outbound, Packaging, Emissions) is seeking an analytically driven Program Manager to support a diverse portfolio of initiatives. This role focuses on extracting insights from complex datasets, translating findings into actionable outputs, and supporting strategic program decisions.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. This individual will independently manage workstreams, deliver high-quality outputs, and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.


Key Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working through large, ambiguous datasets to identify patterns, answer business questions, and size opportunities
  • Proficiency in Excel or Apple Numbers; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Tableau Prep) preferred
  • Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) is a plus
  • Exposure to desktop generative AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and deliverables with minimal direction
  • Background in sustainability, supply chain, or logistics preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to answer business questions, identify trends, and uncover opportunities within assigned program areas
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to source, structure, and standardize data for analysis and insight generation
  • Develop analyses and translate findings into clear, structured deliverables for stakeholders and leadership reviews
  • Support the creation of materials and content for executive-level updates
  • Independently manage deliverables and priorities across assigned initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support across program tracks as needed
