CAE is seeking a Business Development & Proposal Manager to lead growth initiatives in the U.S. Air Traffic Services (ATS) training market. This role is responsible for driving market capture strategies, building customer and partner relationships, shaping competitive solutions, and leading the development of compliant, highquality proposals for federal and commercial ATS training opportunities. Physical requirements include: Occasionally climbing ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, or poles. Moving through tight or confined spaces as needed. Remaining stationary (sitting or standing) for extended periods. Occasionally lifting or adjusting items up to 50 lbs. Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions.
