Compensation for this role is $125K-$150K The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, at RXO you will administer HR policies and programs to assigned sites. You will put your leadership skills and years of experience to use by training and communicating with employees, balancing multiple medium-sized projects and developing collaborative working relationships with business partners and technical experts. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Work closely with plant operations and the HR team to ensure an open-door climate exists, resulting in excellent customer service

  • Manage all aspects of the HR department and supervise staff members

  • Inform senior management and operations of internal and external HR developments that impact overall effectiveness

  • Compile reports and provide them to upper management

  • Ensure HR office is in compliance with all corporate policies and directives

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment at a manager level

  • Experience in employee relations, policy and procedure administration, recruiting and staffing, HRIS and time-keeping systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Ability to provide management with proactive ideas on creating and maintaining a positive employee relations climate

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
