Software Engineer - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Engineer for an onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX and Phoenix, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract to hire opportunity.

This role focuses on designing and maintaining user interfaces for a React web application used for provisioning and automation. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the UI code and strategy, troubleshoot UI components, and manage compliance and security considerations within a team environment dedicated to mitigating risk.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of UI code/strategy for a React web application/tool used for Day 2 provisioning and automation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to UI components
• Review and approve the design of UI improvements and code adjustments
• Manage compliance and security considerations as related to the application
• Illustrate code/flow using diagrams and documentation as necessary
• Perform thorough automated code testing as required
• Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in software development
• Demonstrable skills in React UI development
• Experience designing and maintaining UIs and understanding of network application architecture
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Pay range: $38.77 - $46.77 per hour
