Tria Federal isseeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Robotics Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using Pega Robotics Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable RPA solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:



  • Hands on experience in Design, develop, and deploy RPA & RDA automation solutions using Pega Robotics Platform
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Develop reusable automation components and frameworks
  • Integrate robotic solutions with enterprise applications (web, desktop, mainframe, APIs)
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation workflows
  • Experienced in providing dependable estimates and contribute towards developing estimation guidelines.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and promote development standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
  • Support production deployments, resolve post-production issues and troubleshoot bot failures
  • Document technical designs, runbooks, deployment notes, and security/controls artifacts


Qualifications:



  • 6+ years of experience in RPA & RDA development, with strong focus on Pega Robotics Platform
  • Solid understanding of Pega Platform and Pega BPM concepts
  • Strong experience in .NET / C# development
  • Experience automating Web, Windows, and legacy applications
  • Experience implementing automations in environments requiring stringent security, logging, and audit controls.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex workflows, collaborate with SMEs, and translate business and technical requirements into secure, maintainable automations.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Knowledge of object cloning, adapters, match rules, and automation design in Pega Robotics
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
  • Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work across the full SDLC in Agile/DevOps environments
  • Experience working in cloud environments (MAG, PegaCloud etc) is a plus
  • Pega certifications (e.g., Pega Certified Senior System Architect, Pega Robotics System Architect) are preferred
