Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Manager, Enterprise Value Capture! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.

The Value Capture Manager is responsible for ensuring that strategic initiatives deliver their intended business outcomes and measurable value. This role leads the organization's value management and benefits realization approach-partnering with business leaders, finance, the EPMO, and initiative owners to define, track, validate, and realize financial and non-financial benefits. The Value Capture Manager serves as the primary owner of value realization disciplines, governance, and reporting across the enterprise initiative portfolio.

A Day in the Life...

  • Define and maintain the enterprise value capture and benefits realization framework.
  • Partner with business and executive leaders to identify, quantify, and prioritize value associated with strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure benefits are clearly defined, measurable, owned, and aligned to organizational goals.
  • Establish standards for value hypotheses, baselines, assumptions, and realization timelines.
  • Embed value capture practices into initiative intake, business cases, prioritization, and gating processes.
  • Participate in portfolio governance forums to inform decision-making and trade-offs using value-based insights.
  • Track value realization across the enterprise portfolio and escalate risks to achieving expected outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment between value targets, funding decisions, and delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee ongoing tracking and validation of benefits realization post-implementation.
  • Partner with Finance to align on valuation methodologies, financial impacts, and reporting integrity.
  • Identify gaps between planned and realized value and drive corrective actions with initiative owners.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability for benefits ownership and results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, initiative owners, and functional leaders.
  • Influence to drive adoption of value management disciplines.
  • Support change management and capability-building efforts related to outcome-focused delivery.
  • Develop training, templates, and guidance to strengthen enterprise value management maturity.
  • Coach initiative teams on value articulation, tracking, and realization.
  • Promote a culture focused on outcomes, accountability, and value delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

Required

  • 5-8+ years in finance, analytics, transformation, PMO, or business performance roles
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with benefit tracking, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with initiative owners while holding firm on accountability

Annual Salary:

$116,300 - $159,940

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
