Project Management Operations Intern Summer 2026

As a Project Management Operations Intern, you will report to the Projects Sr. Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

• Support Taiwan Program Manager with the following:
  
  
  
  • Customer presentation preparation
  • Work with Project Controls with high-level schedules (multi-project and site)
  • Coordination/closure of high-level action items
  
  
  
  
• Support Taiwan Project Managers with the following:
  
  
  
  • Coordinate project update meetings
  • Preparation for monthly project review meetings
  • Risk Review support
  • Healthy Start Reviews
  • Complete action items from internal/external sources
  
  
  
  
• Reply to information requests with accurate information
• Offer preparation and review of technical write-ups
• Use computer systems, spreadsheets, or databases to prepare reports, memos, and documents
• Draft minutes of meetings with internal stakeholders/advisors for review

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Competency using Microsoft applications
• No relocation assistance provided

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $27.50 per hour.
