POSITION SUMMARY:


This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of business hiring priorities, while building strong partnerships with hiring leaders to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes. The Talent Acquisition Partner consults on role requirements, sourcing strategy, selection decisions, and candidate experience; executes proactive sourcing to build diverse pipelines; and ensures accurate, compliant use of the applicant tracking system and recruiting tools. This role may support recruiting across multiple functions and levels based on organizational needs.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:



  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance and start date
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and interview plans; provide guidance on selection practices and process expectations
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies (e.g., direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, networking, events, and search partners) to build qualified and diverse candidate pipelines
  • Represent and promote the employer brand through networking, community/industry engagement, and recruiting events, as needed, to strengthen talent networks
  • Deliver a positive, consistent candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, follow-through, and process discipline
  • Conduct behavioral, competency, and skills-based screening to assess candidate alignment to role requirements and team needs
  • Advise and influence stakeholders by sharing market insight, pipeline health, and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) guidelines and internal policy
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the applicant tracking system; protect data integrity and support reporting needs
  • Support broader recruiting coverage and participate in team initiatives and process improvements, as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant major, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 2+ years of full-life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience using resume databases, internet search tools, and/or social networking to find and attract top talent
  • Demonstrated ability to instill trust, analyze and solve problems, and anticipate the needs of internal customers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with willingness to take on responsibility while delivering timely customer service
  • Ability to recognize delicate or challenging situations and exercise strong judgment in navigating through difficult, highly-sensitive, or political situations with support from Senior Director, Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Ability to manage partnerships with third-party contingent search vendors
  • Outstanding computer skills in a Microsoft environment; working knowledge of HR and ATS systems such as Greenhouse
  • Ability to think and act creatively to perform complex technical assignments while handling multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel 10%



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Recruiting experience in a regulated, fast-paced environment (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, or similar)



OTHER REQUIREMENTS:



  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
