CLA is currently seeking a Sales Tax Outsourcing Senior to join ourState & Local Tax (SALT)practice.

Howyou'llcreate opportunitiesin thisSenior role:

  • Work withclientand sales tax team to resolve identified data issues
  • Receive training onAvalara software
  • UtilizeAvalarato prepareand reviewsales tax returns
  • Work with clients from multiple industries, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail & Healthcare
  • Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed
  • Review and resolve sales tax returns
  • IdentifyNexus issues and discrepancies where filing a return may berequired
  • Develop and train teamassociates andinterns to help them build inspired careers
  • Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance,or related fieldrequired
  • 2+years'ofrelevantexperiencerequired
  • Experience in business consulting or services preferred
  • CPA eligible preferred

The compensation range for this position inCaliforniais: $84,400.00 - $143,000.00

The compensation range for this position inMinnesotais: $71,800.00 - $124,000.00
