Scope:

The quote team receives quote requests, prioritizes them, imports and runs analysis on data, interprets technical information and enters it into the quote system. Previous experience in the printed circuit board industry is desired.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determines the best build location for quantities requested.

• Understands how to minimize the cost of a stackup / bill of materials.

• Understands how to maximize panel utilization.

• Understands basic material properties and can select equivalents

• Understands appropriate range for full lead time price, given the technology.

• Calculates the minimum lead time to build and checks material inventory.

• Can complete single lamination and type-1 HDI quotes with impedance requirements.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt

• Must excel in an environment where details are critical

• Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• Ability to work within ITAR and export control guidelines

• Strong reading, documentation and problem solving skills are required

• Basic math skills are required

• Candidate with PCB experience is preferred

Work Environment:

TheTTM quote group is a fast paced global team that is expected to turn around accurate quotes quickly. Members generally work independently, but will also engage with other groups within the company to ensure quotes are done efficiently and correctly. Ability to quickly learn and adapt is critical to the TTM Team.
