| Position Summary |
The purpose of this position is to provide safe, clean, and comfortable living and learning environments in the residence halls and student life facilities of the University of North Carolina Asheville community. This position is highly visible throughout the department and the University. This position interacts on a frequent basis with students, staff, faculty, and visitors. This position is responsible for general housekeeping in residence halls and student life areas of the University. Position also assists in floor care, furniture setups, and other responsibilities to a lesser degree. All Housing and Residence Life team members are expected to serve as positive representatives of the department and the University. |

Typical hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Due to nature of position and departmental needs there will be occasional work hours on weekends scheduled in advance. There may be changes in weekly and weekend schedule as needed. All Housing & Student Residence Life team members are designated as University Essential Personnel in accordance with
UNC Asheville policy. |
