Position Overview

The Business Transformation Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of complex operational and supply chain initiatives, including Distribution Center implementations. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and stabilize projects aligned to enterprise strategy. Success is measured by delivering projects on time, within budget, and achieving defined business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through post-go-live stabilization

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and external partners

  • Establish and maintain project governance, including status updates, phase gates, and escalation management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues with defined owners and resolution timelines

  • Ensure go-live readiness through training coordination, documentation, and operational handoff

  • Translate business objectives into clear deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics

  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of project management practices

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget

  • Experience delivering projects in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and risks with measurable results

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to travel up to 25%

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience leading transformation or network optimization initiatives with measurable business impact

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

  • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations with distributed teams

  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar systems)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $135,000-$155,000.
