The Program Manager is responsible for driving strong cross-functional coordination and oversight of our Shared Services and vendor partners. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining program reporting to support effective Medicare Advantage and PACE program oversight. In addition to program reporting, it is key for this role to successfully operate in a highly matrixed environment to effectively track and trend shared services performance metrics and synthesize insights for leadership. The Program Manager must have a strong project management skillset to drive product implementations leading up to and during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), partnering with internal teams and business stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure the organization is fully prepared for each new benefit year. The Program Manager also monitors CMS deadlines, working with the business and Compliance to coordinate and fulfill timely and accurate submissions.

Requirements:

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Business Management preferred.
  • Master's Degree in a related field is a plus.


Experience:

Work requires a minimum of five years of demonstrated performance experience within a health care and/or managed care environment. Experience with Medicare and healthcare compliance as it relates to CMS. Medicare Advantage experience preferred.
