Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to be based out of Wayne, MI. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this person will be responsible for meeting all customer expectations regarding delivery and quality through implementation, training, and adherence of corporate and plant quality procedures. This person will apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and product quality, lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation on both internal and external quality concerns and ensure that quality procedures are available to support standardization and sustainability of manufacturing processes. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $63,440 - $87,230. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives. Benefits available include:
