Job Summary

Provide Leadership, work flow coordination, contract execution and overall direction and guidance to ensure the accurate completion of all required tasks as stated in the contract.

Primary Duties

  • Provide technical direction, management and oversight of a microfilm and microfiche scanning operation.
  • Ensure that contract operations are in compliance with customer, contract and organizational requirements.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement programs, systems and processes to advance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all assigned personnel meet organizational and operational requirements and expectations related to training and professional development.
  • Collect, record and report all required operational and as required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in resolving employee issues or concerns.
  • Participate in the selection and evaluation of personnel.
  • Promote customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner identifying customer needs or concerns and providing quality products of service.
  • Support a workplace climate treating everyone with honest dignity and respect; free from harassment and discrimination.
  • Implement project management proficiencies by creating schedules, deliverables, and identifying new available resources.
  • Complete in an accurate and timely manner, all evaluation/assessment reports, progress reports, case notes, incident reports, attendance, and other supporting documentation.
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior scanning and document digitatization experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of management experience in a related field required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • Ability to set priorities for self, team, and peers, and adjust when priorities change.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to become familiar with corporate specificprograms and software such as ZOOM and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to solve practical problems andadapt to new information and guidance quickly.
  • Excellent verbaland writtencommunication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to carry out work with the highest levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow through on finished products.
