Description Professional - Clinical The Clinical Pharmacist - Ambulatory Infusion Services provides clinical and operational leadership to support the launch and ongoing operation of ambulatory infusion suites. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, appropriate, and efficient use of infused medications through comprehensive order review, patient counseling, and collaboration with providers and nursing teams. The pharmacist serves as a key clinical resource, supporting therapy optimization, adherence to regulatory and quality standards, and highquality patient care. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist helps lead pharmacy technicians, ensures timely verification and fulfillment of infusion orders, and contributes to workflow development, policy implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in building and sustaining patientcentered, compliant, and scalable ambulatory infusion services. Preferred Qualifications
