ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

Commercial Strategy & Growth Ownership

  • Own the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies in partnership with divisional platform leadership and regional sales leadership, with accountability for revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.

Launch & Market Development Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end product and indication launches, including positioning, training strategy, messaging, field readiness, and postlaunch optimization.

KOL, Clinical & External Engagement

  • Facilitate appropriate research and clinical collaboration opportunities in alignment with Medical Affairs, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional execution across Commercial Marketing, Platform Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Quality-aligning priorities and driving decisions forward.
