WORK SHIFT DAY (United States of America)SUMMARY OF DUTIES This role is a senior, field engaged commercial marketing leader responsible for owning and driving growth strategy, execution, and outcomes for Merit Medical's Renal Therapies portfolio. As a core member of the Platform Marketing team, this position operates with significant autonomy and visibility, partnering closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales Leadership, cross functional stakeholders, and executive leadership to translate strategy into measurable commercial results.This role is not simply a downstream support or training function. It is a sales adjacent, externally facing leadership role accountable for market development, launch excellence, portfolio growth, and sustained profitability across U.S. and international markets. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required * Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial marketing, sales, or related roles within medical devices or healthcare * Demonstrated success operating at a senior, autonomous level with direct accountability for growth outcomes * Proven ability to partner credibly with senior sales leadership and external clinical stakeholders * Strong analytical, strategic, and judgment-based decision-making capabilities * Executive level communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross functional teams * Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead complex, multistakeholder initiatives PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in Renal, Dialysis, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, or adjacent procedural medical device markets * Prior responsibility for national or international product launches * Experience working across direct and distributor sales models * Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) a plus COMPETENCIES * Commercial judgment and decisionmaking * Growth strategy development and execution * Sales leadership partnership and influence * Market insight and competitive intelligence * Launch excellence and portfolio thinking * Executive communication and stakeholder management * Field engagement and customer credibility COMMENTS Infectious Control Risk Category III: The risk category explains whether or not employees are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids while performing their jobs.
