Opportunity Details:

• Position can be made full-time by combining with 0.6 FTE in CPEP or Consultation-LiaisonPsychiatry (Fellowship training will be required for Consultation-Liaison).
• Collaborate with the team leader and multidisciplinary team, providing direct clinical care for a cohort of ACT patients.
• Develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Participate in innovative integrative care activities.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with other clinical staff on the ACT Team.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active New York State Medical License

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $107,160* (board eligible); $111,280* (board certified) based on 16-hour work week.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $237,876** (board eligible) and $242,408** (board certified),which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***.
• Projected bonus of up to $16,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) account for Employee Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employeesare immediately vested in their contributions.
• MedicalMalpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.
