Program Test Manager - Salesforce Platform

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Test Manager - Salesforce Platform for a position with a Large Energy Company located in Minneapolis, MN, or Denver, CO. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This position requires travel to Minneapolis or Denver 2-3 times per quarter, decreasing over time.

Pay range: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour, W2

This role acts as the single point of accountability for portfolio test readiness, risk visibility, and test sign-off for the client's customer- and agent-facing technology portfolio. The position supports a complex Salesforce-centric ecosystem and provides strategic oversight and direction to large offshore testing teams, focusing on governance and leadership rather than hands-on testing.

Responsibilities:

• Own portfolio-level test planning, governance enforcement, and risk management
• Serve as accountable authority for the portfolio and release test sign-off
• Provide oversight and direction to offshore test leads and teams
• Coordinate with product teams, release management, architecture, and enterprise quality leadership
• Act as the primary conduit for test status and risk reporting to portfolio leadership
• Ensure systems integrators adhere to testing standards and KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, automation, and quality outcomes

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, Program Test Lead, or Portfolio QA Lead
• Strong Salesforce testing experience within large, integrated platforms
• Deep understanding of enterprise testing strategies, KPIs, and governance
• Experience leading complex, multi-release portfolios
• Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge teams and enforce standards
• Proficient with Jira and XRay for test and product management
• Experience with Apigee, Informatica, and ETL testing

Desired skills:

• Experience in utilities or other regulated industries
• Prior work in large, highly matrixed corporate environments
• Experience overseeing system integrators and offshore teams
• Test automation knowledge with Karate, Appium, and Playwright
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted testing solutions
• Exposure to Tricentis tools
• Certifications such as ISTQB, SAFe, Agile, or Salesforce-related credentials
