Manufacturing Supervisor

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for a direct hire position with a Leading Manufacturing Company located in Corpus Christi, TX.

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading an area of operation within a designated manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will focus on key performance measures including Safety, Quality, Schedule Attainment, and Productivity to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned manufacturing plant's equipment and associate capacity planning to determine and execute the production plan schedule
• Evaluate ideal plant layout to enhance safety and efficiency
• Evaluate the hiring, performance management, training, and staffing of assigned manufacturing plant positions
• Manage the maintenance of the plant's skills matrix, plan needed skills requirements, and deploy the training rotation schedule
• Ensure the execution of Environmental, Health and Safety procedures within the assigned area
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators, Payroll Budget, Inventory Control, and Safety statistics and collaborate with the Plant Manager to implement corrective actions
• Participate in the company's Quality Management System (QMS) program
• Support the Product Launch and Manufacturing Support departments in the deployment of new items, technologies, or processes
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency while managing multiple priorities

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 3 years of progressive manufacturing, management, or relevant technical experience
• Supervisory experience
• Intermediate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience demonstrating leadership and communication skills
• Project Management experience
