Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development and market expansion by identifying, targeting, and converting
opportunities within a defined territory. This includes building relationships with DOTs,
municipalities, consulting engineers, and contractors, while actively developing project pipelines
in both rehabilitation and direct-bury drainage applications.
Serve as a technical resource to customers by delivering engineering-focused presentations,
participating in design discussions, and helping specify our solutions on projects. Effectively
communicate the structural, hydraulic, and installation advantages of ISCO's systems.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders to
support project success from concept through completion. This includes consistent
communication, problem-solving, and positioning ISCO as a trusted advisor rather than a
transactional supplier.
Lead project development efforts by working closely with internal teams and customers to
identify solutions, prepare budgets and quotations, and navigate project timelines. Maintain
accurate opportunity tracking and market intelligence to support strategic growth initiatives.
Represent ISCO in the industry by participating in trade associations, conferences, and customer
events, reinforcing ISCO's leadership position in the market.
Support project execution by participating in pre-construction meetings, delivering installation
training, and visiting job sites to ensure successful implementation of ISCO products. Provide
hands-on guidance to contractors and owners as needed.
Collaborate internally with estimating, customer service, and operations teams to ensure
alignment from opportunity development through order fulfillment. Maintain accountability for
territory performance, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer
satisfaction.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role is defined by the ability to create and grow a sustainable project pipeline,
influence specifications through engineering engagement, and consistently convert opportunities
into revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive in the field, confident in technical selling
environments, and committed to establishing ISCO as the go-to partner for HDPE drainage
solutions.
