Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Associate Manager, Systems Management! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

The Associate Manager, Systems Management plays a critical leadership role in establishing and scaling the Systems Management Center of Excellence (COE) within the Business Planning organization. This role owns the governance, accuracy, and consistency of planning critical master data across interconnected systems supporting Business, Demand, Supply, and Materials Planning.

This position assumes responsibility for data management activities previously embedded within planning roles and ensures high quality data foundations that enable effective planning, analytics, and decision making across domestic and international businesses. The Associate Manager leads standards, priorities, and continuous improvement efforts while managing or guiding Systems Analysts within the COE.

A Day in the Life...

Systems COE Leadership & Governance

  • Establish and enforce master data governance standards across planning related systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex data integrity issues impacting Planning, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Partner with Business Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Planning, IT, and Analytics teams to align system configuration and data ownership.
  • Develop COE operating procedures, documentation, and control routines to ensure sustainability and compliance.

Master Data Ownership & Quality

  • Own end-to-end planning master data processes, including:
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Item and SKU lifecycle management (new, active, obsolete)

Vendor and supplier master data

  • Location and network data (lead times, MOQs, safety stock, sourcing rules)
  • Lead governance for New Product Development data readiness, ensuring accuracy and timeliness prior to demand and supply planning.
  • Proactively monitor data quality, identify systemic issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement

  • Design scalable data management workflows that reduce manual effort and planner dependency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancements, and improved data handoffs.
  • Support evolving IT, data, and analytics initiatives, including new system implementations or data model changes.
  • Translate planning and business requirements into clear data standards and system rules.

People & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Provide day today leadership, coaching, and priority setting for Systems Analysts within the COE.
  • Act as a key partner and educator to Planning teams on data structure, dependencies, and best practices.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on data status, risks, and impacts to planning outputs.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain systems, master data management, or planning support roles.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes (Demand, Supply, Materials).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, IBP/APO, or similar).
  • Proven ability to lead process standardization and influence cross functional partners.

Preferred

  • Exposure to data governance frameworks or master data management (MDM)

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 5 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$78,600 - $108,130

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
