Qualifications

What We're Looking For:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree plus (1) year experience in domestic violence training and one year in experience in domestic violence group facilitation. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one for one basis.


  • Experience: Bachelor's Degree plus one (1) year experience in social services field. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one for one basis.
  • Skills: Strong judgment, decision-making abilities, proficient time management, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using data systems.
  • Commitment: Willingness to undergo required trainings and adhere to trauma-informed practices.
