Medical Receptionist Baltimore MD Pay From $21 Per hour MUST: 3+ years recent experience in a high volume multi provider practice setting Strong scheduling experience Checking patients in and out Collecting Co Pays Verifying Insurance Obtaining pre-authorizations Handling patient in take Documenting and updating patient information in EMR DUTIES: Serve as the initial contact person Greet and check in patients Collect ID's and insurance cards Verify insurance Ensure efficient patient flow Schedule appointments and procedures Answer phones Assist patients with inquiries Collect co-payments Enter and update patient demographic and insurance information in EMR Obtain pre-authorizations Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
