The Manager II, Community Impact is the strategic leader responsible for shaping, governing, and advancing Hannaford's community impact strategy across all markets. This role leads long-term charitable priorities, annual giving plans, partnership frameworks, and community investment strategies that deepen social impact while strengthening brand affinity and customer loyalty. As Hannaford's senior leader for community engagement, this role drives alignment and execution of the philanthropic strategy while supporting corporate purpose, business priorities, and brand equity. The Manager II oversees portfolio management, grantmaking cycles, charitable governance, and evaluation of partner organizations. This position partners with Category, Marketing, Retail Operations, and hunger relief and nonprofit partners to maximize impact, operational excellence, and visibility of signature food donation programs, ensuring partnerships deliver measurable outcomes and long-term brand relevance authentic to the Hannaford brand. The role leads the Community Impact team and works with Communications and Marketing to embed community impact results and partnerships into storytelling across key channels. The Salary Range for this Position is $108,880 - $163,320.
