The Decision Advantage at Leidos currently has an opening for an Agile Lead/SME. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Department of the Air Force at Beale AFB or Alexandria, VA.

We are seeking an experienced Agile Lead to join a high-impact team supporting the Department of the Air Force enterprise command and control programs. In this pivotal role, you will lead the adoption and execution of enterprise Agile practices, synchronize cross-functional teams, and drive the integration, testing, and deployment of advanced command and control capabilities.As the Agile Lead, you will collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure alignment across decoupled task orders in a highly dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement an enterprise Agile transformation roadmap aligned tocustomermissionobjectivesand delivery priorities.

  • Assess current-state processes,identifytransformation gaps, and implement phased change strategies without disrupting ongoing operations.

  • Establish Agile governance structures, metrics frameworks, and feedback loops to measure transformation progress.

  • Facilitate enterprise-level workshops, PI Planning enhancements, and cross-functional alignment sessions.

  • Develop transformation playbooks, operating models, communication strategies, and adoption roadmaps.

  • Coach senior leaders and ART-level stakeholders on Agile, Lean, and product management best practices.

  • Drive measurable improvements in delivery predictability, backlog health, flow efficiency, technical quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.


BasicQualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline and 15+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 13+ years of relevant experience.Additionalyears of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.

  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations in complex, multi-team technology environments.

  • Experience working withinSAFeor other scaled Agile frameworks in large Air Force orDoWprograms.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive organizational change across cross-functional domains.

  • Experience defining and implementing transformation metrics tied to mission impact and operational performance.



Desired Skills:


  • SAFeProgram Consultant (SPC),SAFeAgilist (SA), or equivalent scaled Agile certification.

  • Experience supporting cloud, data, orDevSecOpstransformation initiatives.

  • Experiencefacilitatingexecutive-level transformation workshops and strategic planning sessions.

  • Experience aligning Agile transformation with performance-based contract environments and mission-critical operational systems.

  • Experience with Jira Align

  • SAP Program experience preferred.
