* this role is onsite 5 days a week, no expenses will be covered* Description Opportunity Summary This opportunity is for a Clinical Applications Analyst supporting a growing hospital environment with a strong focus on Meditech Expanse, physician-facing applications, and upcoming technology initiatives. The role is designed to strengthen day-to-day clinical application support while also contributing to new system rollouts and workflow optimization efforts as the organization continues to expand its digital footprint. Key Areas of Focus & Daily Responsibilities Serve as a primary support resource for Meditech Expanse clinical modules, supporting physician and nursing workflows, order sets, documentation templates, dictionaries, clinical calculations, and testing activities Work directly with physicians and end users to identify workflow gaps, improve usability, and support adoption of new tools Provide informatics-style support including ServiceNow ticket management, issue triage, system testing, go-live support, and basic HL7/ADT troubleshooting coordination Support physician-facing applications and integrations connected to Meditech, collaborating with vendors and internal teams as needed Assist with new project implementations, including imaging applications, AI-driven documentation tools, and other clinical software Athena Support & Training While Meditech remains the primary system of responsibility, the hospital will provide formal training on Athena through athenaHealth representatives. With this training, the resource is expected to: Must Haves: Meditech Advanced Clinicals Expanse experience Preferred Open to learning new applications Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hartsville, SC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
