• Prepare flavor batches in the Spray Dry department using detailed shop floor papers

• Read, collect, and analyze process and analytical data from spray dryers and related equipment

• Utilize analytical lab tools such as particle size analyzers, pH meters, and RoTap equipment

• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy

• Operate electric and gas sitdown forklifts and electric reach trucks as required

• Compare ZFIS information to verify correct product packaging against customer orders

• Maintain sanitation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards

• Participate in crosstraining programs to support operational flexibility

• Work independently during offshifts and respond to unexpected situations

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a process manufacturing environment

• Forklift or industrial truck certification

• Basic math proficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, inventory control, and SAP

• Ability to push/pull 400 lb drums and lift 100 lb bags

• Comfort working with equipment data and basic Excel usage

• Ability to work unsupervised, especially during off-shifts

• Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and audit readiness

How Would You Stand Out?

• Prior SAP experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience handling food-type products or flavor ingredients

• Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool experience
