LGS REGIONAL MAINT MGR

Provides regional leadership and strategic oversight for all maintenance operations supporting customers and facilities including material handling equipment (MHE), automation, and building systems.

This role is accountable for equipment reliability, preventive and corrective maintenance execution, building maintenance standards, safety compliance, labor productivity, and cost control across multiple sites. Serves as the senior maintenance liaison between LGSTX leadership and the customer to ensure facility readiness, asset longevity, and contractual performance standards are consistently achieved.

Required Job Skills:

• 10+ years' experience OR a bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience managing multi-site maintenance operations in warehouse or automated environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Manages Maintenance Managers and Supervisors responsible for equipment and building maintenance.

Preferred Job Skills:

• Understanding of preventative maintenance programs.
• Experience working with technicians or maintenance teams.
