About Us: As a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components, Pursuit Aerospace is founded on a commitment to relentless, continuous, operational improvement and extraordinary customer service. We pride ourselves on competitive cost structure, exceptional on-time delivery, and industry-leading quality. The Pursuit family of companies has cultivated long-term relationships with our customers around the world through respect, teamwork, technology, and trust. We are driven to develop industry leading process innovations and manufacturing techniques on behalf of our customers. Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products. About the Opportunity: We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our team at the Whitesboro, NY manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being out on the floor, building real relationships with employees and leaders, and helping solve problems as they come up-while also pushing the organization to continuously improve how we work and operate together. Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll support a site of about 400 employees in a union environment. You'll partner with leaders on staffing, team structure, and day-to-day people challenges, while also coaching managers on performance, development, and employee relations. A big part of the role is navigating employee relations issues-figuring things out, asking the right questions, and helping drive fair, consistent outcomes. You'll also stay close to hiring and onboarding, support talent development and retention efforts, and use data to spot trends and push for improvements where needed. Just as important, you'll help strengthen the culture-building trust, improving communication, and reinforcing the behaviors that make the site more effective over time. Staying on top of labor laws, the union agreement, and company policies is a given. At the end of the day, this role is about being a trusted partner-someone who can build credibility, support the team, and help create a strong, productive work environment. Responsibilities:
