Our locations are authorized service centers for Mack, Volvo, Cummins, Meritor, Eaton and Fuller warranties. TEC truly offers the convenience of one-stop shopping for all trucking-related needs. Overview The Jerr-Dan Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and growing TEC Equipment's Tow Truck market share through Sales for the Southern California Region. This position is a resident expert for light, and heavy-duty Tow Trucks including but not limited to Flatbeds, Wreckers, Heavy Duty Wreckers and Rotators, etc. The Jerr-Dan Sales Representative is an entrepreneurial minded, customer focused, and self-motivated individual that can successfully articulate the value proposition of TEC Equipment and the brands we represent. The person in this role must become invaluable to customers by embodying TEC Equipment's value proposition throughout all customer interactions: TEC Equipment takes care of our customers with Convenient Access, provides Premium Products in a one-stop shop, is able to do this because we are the largest full-service dealership in the West, and is Committed to truly be every customer's Best Business Partner. Responsibilities
Build a strong customer pipeline by understanding the customers' business needs and providing comprehensive solutions to exceed those needs. This will require the ability to establish trusting relationships with multiple contact points within the customers' organizations. Actively follow up with customers per commitments, provide accurate & timely information, and ensure actions are consistent and demonstrate TEC's desire to be the customers' best business partner.
Qualifications
Compensation This position will be paid a base salary plus commission and offer unlimited earning potential, based solely on your sales performance. We provide clear and transparent guidelines for calculating commissions, ensuring everyone understands how their earnings are determined. The annual pay for this position is expected to be approximately $102,949 to $128,686. New hires are eligible to participate in TEC Equipment's comprehensive benefits plan the first of the month following your date of hire.
