APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform complex assembly, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing on electronic and mechanical components Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and bills of materials (BOM) Integrate subassemblies into final systems and complete final hardware assembly Conduct basic electrical testing and support rework or refurbishment as needed Operate and support surface mount and pick-and-place manufacturing equipment Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations 2+ years of experience working with electronic/mechanical assemblies and schematics 1+ year of experience with surface mount technology (SMT) or pick-and-place machines What Sets You Apart: Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach Interest or experience in applying process improvements or emerging technologies Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen Overtime may be required based on business needs After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
