This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed. | Duties & Responsibilities |
- Primary Video Coordinator for Men's Basketball.
- Evaluate film of opposing teams. Create scouting reports and relay information to coaching staff. Coordinate with other teams and receive information about opposing teams. Distribute scouting reports as needed.
- Evaluate current players and communicate evaluations with coaching staff. Evaluate current team during practices and games. Evaluate prospective student athletes through on campus camps and online software.
- Assist recruiting coordinator with on campus visits. Coordinate with staff to ensure all logistical issues are handled for visits. Give campus/facility tours as needed.
- Oversee all technology efforts.
- Prepare video for team film review of games and practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Compliance to all Visitors at Practices and Games.
- Develop Recruiting Videos and Presentations.
- Provide assistance to the head men's basketball coach as assigned.
- Budget accountability.
- Assist with on-court work-outs & practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of NCAA, Big 12, and
University of Arizona rules and compliance. - Knowledge of college basketball
recruiting processes and procedures, at a D1 level. - Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. - Ability to multi-task with
frequent interruptions. - Dedication and motivation to
initiate, lead and support value-added projects. - Meticulous attention to detail.
- Fosters a collaborative work environment through respectful and effective communication.
- Demonstrated organizational
skills, including the ability to plan, establish priorities and successfully manage multiple priority projects. - Demonstrated ability to develop

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience working directly with
a college basketball program or professional team.

- Master's Degree.
- Experience working in college basketball.
- Experience working with SportsCode.
- Experience with basketball video editing software.
