About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Principal Project Manager to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team to lead the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into Gore Medical. This role is accountable for planning, executing, and governing complex, cross functional integration initiatives that span people, processes, technology, and operations. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between executive leadership, functional workstream leads, and key stakeholders from both organizations to ensure strategic objectives, value realization, and business continuity are achieved.

This position will be located at one of our facilities in Elkton Maryland, Phoenix orFlagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid workarrangement.

Pay and Benefits:

  • $186,000 - $236,000 per year
  • Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall M&A integration program and its transformation into a New Product Development Program in partnership with the Business Integration Leader, aligning execution with acquisition strategy, synergy targets, and key value drivers.
  • Develop and manage the integrated program plan and timeline across functional workstreams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, financial forecast, and risks.
  • Establish and govern integration operating rhythms, including steering committees, executive reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between executive sponsors, workstream leaders, and stakeholders from both organizations.
  • Drive execution accountability across teams to ensure milestones, commitments, and timelines are met.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks related to operations, technology, people, compliance, and customer impact.
  • Partner with Change Management and Communications teams to support adoption, engagement, and cultural alignment.
  • Track and report on integration KPIs, readiness indicators, and synergy realization.
  • Ensure business continuity during transition while advancing progress toward targetstate processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive project or program management experience, including leadership of largescale, crossfunctional initiatives
  • Deep experience in medical device or similarly regulated product development environments, with demonstrated understanding of design controls and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing M&A integration programs, enterprise transformations, or complex business integrations
  • Experience operatingeffectively in highambiguity, fastpaced environments
  • Strong executivelevel communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability tooperateeffectively in highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience with complex scheduling and critical path management, using tools such as MS Project
  • Knowledge of Design Control (FDA 820) or similar regulated environment
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience integrating midtolarge acquisitions within a corporate or enterprise environment. A background in multiple functional domains (e.g., technology, operations, finance, HR) and experience working with global or distributed teams
  • Minimum 10 years of medical device product development experience
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar project/program management certification and/ or Master's degree in Business or Management

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
