Your Role The Corporate Communications & Citizenship team is responsible for planning and implementing communications strategies and programs to protect and advance Blue Shield of California's reputation with internal and external audiences. Works closely with various stakeholders, including senior executives, to help Blue Shield of California achieve its mission to provide access to quality care that's sustainably affordable for everyone. The Executive Assistant, Experienced will report to the Vice President, Communications and Corporate Citizenship. An Executive Assistant supporting Communications and Corporate Citizenship plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and impact of the function. The role serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, and ensuring seamless execution of internal and external priorities. This position supports highvisibility requiring strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail. The Executive Assistant helps ensure leaders are wellprepared, aligned, and able to focus on advancing the company's mission, reputation, and community impact. Your Knowledge and Experience
Hybrid This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week. This role is based in Oakland and will require adjusting around the VP calendar. | |
