Program-Specific Position Notice
This position is part of a Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program and is designated for a specific participant.

Role Overview
VersAbility Resources is offering a Pre-ETS Internship designed to provide structured, short-term work-based learning experience.
Interns will develop foundational workplace skills through observation, hands-on tasks, and guided learning activities. This role supports career exploration and skill-building in a supportive, supervised environment.

What You'll Do
*Participating in assigned tasks across various departments or sites
*Observe and learn workplace expectations and professional behavior
*Assist with basic duties such as organizing, stocking, or clerical support
*Follow workplace policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
*Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and peers
*Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn

Qualifications
*Must be eligible to participate in a Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program
*No prior work experience required
*Willingness to learn and participate in a work environment
*Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
*Basic communication and interpersonal skills
*Dependability and punctuality

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work environments may vary by assignment and may include office, community-based, or operational settings.
Interns may be required to sit, stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks such as organizing or lifting materials, depending on the assignment.

Schedule
Hours, shifts, and length of the internship may vary based on the pre-ETS program and will be outlined in the Work Experience Agreement provided for review and signature.
