MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a Business Development Managerto drive membership growth, expand client relationships, and connect organizations with solutions that help their businesses thrive. This is a consultative sales and business development role within a professional services organization serving more than 5,500 employers across the Midwest. You'll partner with business leaders to identify workforce challenges, uncover opportunities, and demonstrate the value of MRA's comprehensive portfolio of services, including HR consulting, training and development, recruitment and retention solutions, compensation support, compliance resources, professional roundtables, and member-exclusive content. As the largest employer association in the country, MRA has spent 125 years helping organizations build stronger workplaces. We are looking for a motivated relationship-builder who enjoys developing new business, growing existing accounts, and serving as a trusted advisor to members throughout their journey with MRA. This is a flexible location, hybrid role, with most of your time scheduled by you, out of the office, and onsite with members.
