We're seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to support daily operations within our Logistics Center while contributing to our strong LEAN continuous improvement culture. Position Summary

The Logistics Center Associate I is responsible for material handling and order processing within the Logistics Center using fundamental SAP transactions. In this role, you will help ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to established safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement standards.

You'll work closely with your team and leadership to support operational goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inventory materials into appropriate storage locations
  • Pick, pack, and process customer orders using an RF scanner
  • Perform replenishment from back stock to support order fulfillment
  • Assist in multiple warehouse functions and provide coverage as needed
  • Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable work ethic
Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent physical activity in a warehouse setting, including:

  • Standing, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing, and packing
  • Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally lifting 30-75 lbs with assistance
  • Occasionally pushing or pulling up to 320 lbs on casters with assistance
  • Using a warehouse ladder to access shelving
  • Operating a manual pallet jack
  • Using standard office equipment such as computers and copiers
