About The Position The Director, Nuclear Organizational Effectiveness is an Ameren Leadership Team member reporting to the Sr. Director, Nuclear Plant Support and is responsible for providing direction and oversight for the Organizational Effectiveness (OR) function at the Callaway Energy Center. This role sets the strategic direction for OR programs and initiatives that drive sustained excellence in leadership, teamwork, human performance, and organizational learning. The Director partners with senior leadership to proactively identify and address organizational challenges, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations. This position is responsible for oversight of operational excellence, including identification, evaluation and implementation of transformational solutions to deploy improvement opportunities throughout the company and assure strategic implementation of the evolved processes across all departments. Additional Information Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $165,100.00 - $255,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance. Director and above positions also include a Long-Term Incentive Plan and the option to enroll in a Deferred Compensation Plan.
