What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, or production environments is helpful but not required for all roles
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to work in a handson, fastpaced production setting
• Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by role
• Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills
• Teamoriented mindset and desire to learn

Pay & Shifts

• Hourly pay varies by role and experience (recently increased)
  
  
  
  • Pay ranges from $20/hr - $27/hr starting rates, dependent on role & experience
  • Shift differentials: $2.00/hr for 2nd shift, $1.00/hr for 3rd shift
  
  
  
  
• Multiple shifts available depending on position
• Overtime opportunities based on production needs
