Job Posting Title Supply Chain CoordinatorJob Description Summary Dauch is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Three Rivers, MI.The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating all material and logistics activities associated with new program launches and build events. This person ensures that all materials are planned, procured, and delivered on time to support successful builds. In addition, this person drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on material flow optimization, labor efficiency, and reduction of forklift traffic through alternative material handling solutions. Preferred experiences include experience with new program launches or product introductions, experience implementing material handling solutions (tuggers, kitting, line-side delivery, etc.), and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Preferred skills include strong organizational and project management skills, analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
