Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Our financial services Client is seeking Client Service Professional I team members to support our Client Contact Center in Phoenix. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in banking while delivering an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will handle foundational, Level 1 banking inquiries-primarily deposit-related calls-while building strong client service skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will be guided through hands-on training, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with our clients service standards and culture. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
