What Gets You Hired:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of welding experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Steel-toe shoes, resume, and a successful interview required.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and weld test.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, safety-first attitude.

A Shift in Action

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on steel components in vertical and downward positions at a fast pace.
• Clamp, tack, grind, and assemble parts to meet production requirements.
• Inspect and adjust work to maintain top quality standards.
• Keep equipment and work area clean, safe, and in good working order.
