Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to review Concealed Damage Claims from various business partners. The goal of this position is to support on-time, in-scope strategic program management and strategic planning. To achieve the highest performance, the person in this position is expected to maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and leaders within the division and cross-divisionally, where applicable. Also, the person in this position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the capability of storytelling visually.

Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • This person will drive customer connection and drive sales conversion activities using customer service chatbots/ agents
  • Internalize and deeply understand Samsung's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of the eCommerce team
  • Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and execute a portion of the testing on projects
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with cross-functional internal teams as well as external partners to execute
  • Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team
  • Be data-centric to make informed product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, A/B Testing, customer behavior, customer contact ticket analysis, or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback
  • Will work closely with customer service, engineering, UX designers, Marketing, and Site Merchandising team
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years' experience in the relevant field required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Product Management plus hands-on software engineering experience strongly preferred.

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Knowledge of software engineering, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective product delivery.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with your fingerprints all over them, and you're extremely proud of what you've accomplished. Stellar design instincts and product taste.
  • A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on.
  • Finger-tipsiness with data: you just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
  • A never-ending desire to learn and grow.
