All manifested from our 15 locations in the U.S. The Experiential Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and advancing net new business opportunities that drive revenue growth within the organization and is focused on proactive prospecting, relationship building, and early-stage sales engagement across target markets. The Experiential Growth Specialist will be operating within a hunter-to-handoff sales model, partnering collaboratively with Sales Leaders and Account Management throughout the closing phase. Senior Sales Leadership oversees the RFP development process, working in close collaboration with the Experiential Growth Specialist, before transitioning successfully won business for ongoing portfolio and program ownership. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for establishing relationships with prospective clients and generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach and engagement. Leverages internal resources and capabilities to position the organization effectively and advance qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline. Essential Functions - Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events - Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate net new business opportunities - Conduct discovery conversations to assess client needs and align them with organizational capabilities - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with revenue growth objectives - Support development of early-stage presentations and introductory materials - Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Account Management to transition qualified opportunities into active sales cycles - Partner in a collaborative closing process, maintaining continuity of client communication and alignment of needs - Support the RFP development process, providing client insights, discovery inputs, and early positioning, while Senior Sales Leadership oversees and leads RFP strategy and development - Execute a structured handoff of closed business, ensuring all relevant client insights, expectations, and opportunity details are transferred for ongoing management - Utilize internal tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, SalesTracker) to track activity, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate reporting - Partner with internal teams to align on positioning, capabilities, and go-to-market strategies - Attend regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and training sessions Scope of Role - Focused exclusively on new business development and pipeline generation - Contributes to closing efforts in partnership with senior sales leadership - Supports, but does not own, the RFP development process - Does not retain ownership of client relationships or accounts post-sale - Transitions all won business to Account Management for ongoing portfolio and program oversight - Participation in regular sales meetings and one-on-one reviews - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Collaborative, team-oriented sales environment focused on growth and innovation Qualifications - Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (experiential or related industry preferred) - Strong communication, presentation, and discovery skills - Proven ability to proactively prospect and build new relationships - Demonstrated "hunter" mindset with a results-driven approach - Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams MC offers a robust benefits package including: Medical (3 choices of plans), Dental (3 choices of plans), 401K, Vision, company paid Life Insurance, company paid Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Accident and Critical Illness Insurance--plus more.
