Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Shift: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• Experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, file clerk, or data entry capacity is preferred (Willing to train!).
• Knowledge of Excel and typing skills above 45WPM are also required.
• You must have experience working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are of high importance.
• Availability to work overtime, including some Saturdays as needed.
• Must be comfortable with numbers as the filing is all numeric.
• High school diploma or equivalent (A copy will be needed).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy
• Update and maintain loan files with precise data entry
• Audit files to ensure accuracy before shipping to customers
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Respond to client requests and inquiries professionally and efficiently
